Garden Maintenance (Long Term - 12 months)

Garden Maintenance Rates (Long term, 12 months):
12,000 SAR - 2 visit/week (1 hour per visit)
18,000 SAR - 3 visit/week (1 hour per visit)
*approximately 125 SAR per hour

Provided Manpower:
1 - Supervisor
2 - Laborer

A. Services include :
1. Trimming of trees and shrubs
2. Grass mowing
3. Cleaning garden area
4. Adding necessary fertilizers (once a month)
5. Apply of pesticides on plants (as needed)
6. Weeding

B. Not Include:
1. Upgrading, designing and garden rehabilitation
2. Irrigation Maintenance
3. Specifics services of Palm tree
4. Hedging/cutting of trees more than 2 meters in height.
5. Replacing of any dead plants and dry grass

Notes:
• Garden Maintenance services will be supply by schedule.
• Manpower will be provided based on the order and number plants.
