DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

BASTANA ONLINE GARDENS Shipping Rates:

A. For any products/plants except on the palm indicate in B & C.

    • Free Shipping - for all order over SAR 300
    • SAR 30 Shipping Fee - for order less than SAR 300
    • SAR 10 - Additional Charge for COD (Cash on Delivery) 
    • No additional Fees for Credit Card Payments
    • SAR 25 - Additional Charge for Express Shipping 


B. For Palms:

Cocos nucifera (Coconut Palm)
Phoenix Dactylifera
Roystonea Regia (Royal Palm)
Washingtonia Robusta
  • Free Shipping - for order 3 pieces or more
  • SAR 500 Shipping Fee - for order Less than 3 pieces
  • SAR 10 - Additional Charge for COD (Cash on Delivery) 
  • No additional Fees for Credit Card Payments
  • SAR 25 - Additional Charge for Express Shipping 
 

C. For Grass:

American Grass (C 2000 Grass)
  • Free Shipping - for order area of 20 sq.m. or more
  • SAR 150 Shipping Fee - for order Less than 20 sq.m.
  • SAR 10 - Additional Charge for COD (Cash on Delivery) 
  • No additional Fees for Credit Card Payments
  • SAR 25 - Additional Charge for Express Shipping 
 

D. For Location Outside Jeddah City, 70-150 Kilometers maximum (Makkah, Thuwal, KAUST, KAEC, etc.)

    • SAR 75 - Shipping fee for Credit Card Payment
    • SAR 85 - Shipping fee for Cash on Delivery, COD
Notes:
Please contact us for locations outside Jeddah more than 150km and less than 200km to arrange shipping/ delivery.

    ESTIMATED DELIVERY DURATION:
    • 10 - 15 working days - for Palms
    • 7 - 10 working days - for Trees
    • 3 - 5 working days - for the rest of products/ plants (3 - 8 days for outside Jeddah City)
    • 1 - 2 days for Express shipping 
    The estimated delivery time start from placing of orders and confirmation of the payment. 

     

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, text, or a phone call from one of our agents once your order has shipped. As our agents will provide you with the information needed.
